Tweedy Medical Group, established in 1942, is dedicated to providing a medical home for the ethnically diverse, medically underserved population of South Gate, CA and surrounding areas. Narcisco Azurin, MD, President of Angeles Independent Physicians Association (Angeles IPA) acquired the practice in 1983 and his son, Robert Azurin, MD, joined him in 2015. Tweedy Medical Group is one of the major primary care clinics in the South Gate community and is focused on providing quality care from healthcare providers you trust. Tweedy Medical Group believes in maintaining patients’ health and well-being through preventative care. Our focus is helping each and every one of our patients address their health concerns and help our patients reach their health goals.

Our office is easily accessible from East Los Angeles, Lynwood, Huntington park, Downey, Lakewood, Compton and Long Beach.
